• Give your dog an identity

• Get him out of his sleeping crate
Don’t use his sleeping crate as a way of punishing him. Use this crate as the alternative for pet bed. Make him like his crate and don’t force him to go in his crate. Show your love and affection so that your dog won’t feel lonely.

• Take him for a walk and play with him
Take your dog along with you to park where you can make him run and walk. You can even play with your dog out there. Buy a leash for your dog from a local pet shop to avoid any mishaps. Don’t skip his walk and play time as regular exercise is essential for your dog’s good health.

• Keep him away from
Keep your pet away from the things which can hurt him. Be strict about your dog’s diet and make sure it’s healthy and balanced. Chocolates and grapes are not good for your dog. They can cause heart and kidney disease.

• Groom him regularly
Research about the breed of your dog and groom him accordingly. Some dogs require brushing once a day whereas some require brushing once or twice a week. If you are having a mix breed pet than consult veterinarian about this.

• Home training
Training is required for your pet so that you both can communicate with each other. Training will make him understand your gesture so that he can follow your commands properly.
